About the position

The Studio Sales and Operations Manager at Orangetheory Fitness is responsible for leading the studio in membership acquisition, retention, employee development, and achieving sales quotas. This role involves hiring, onboarding, and supervising team members, as well as planning and assigning goals to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and exceed sales and operational budgets while adhering to business policies.
  • Lead and coach staff to ensure high performance through effective training and mentorship.
  • Coordinate sales strategies and oversee the sales process to maintain class size and drive revenue growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with the community through events and initiatives.
  • Enforce corporate policies and maintain operational excellence in facility cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Conduct staff performance reviews and monitor KPIs for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in retail or direct sales management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, mobile applications, and CRMs.
  • Strong decision-making skills and business acumen.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
