The Studio Sales and Operations Manager leads the studio in all aspects of membership acquisition, retention, employee development, and achieving sales quotas. The Studio Sales and Operations Manager will be responsible for the hiring, onboarding, and supervising of team members; planning, and assigning daily, weekly, and monthly goals, providing excellent customer service and directing work tasks. The Studio Sales and Operations Manager will manage all aspects of the employee life cycle with continuous coaching, annual performance reviews plus rewarding and recognizing high performers. The Studio Sales and Operations Manager reports to the Regional Sales and Operations Manager.
