About the position

Kwik Trip is seeking an Assistant Store Leader for our Food Management positions in the Sturtevant/Mount Pleasant area. This position oversees all aspects of running a retail/food location, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. The Assistant Store Leader will be responsible for hiring, training, and scheduling a team of 20-60 coworkers, maintaining food safety standards, managing ordering and inventory control, overseeing profit and loss statements, and ensuring the store is clean and well-stocked. This role is crucial in creating a positive work environment and delivering excellent customer service.
