About the position

As a Full-Time Stylist at EVEREVE, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to customers by embodying the company's core values of HEART (humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, tenacity). You will lead by example on the sales floor, ensuring that every customer feels seen and connected, while also supporting the store's daily operations and team development.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through our core values of humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity (HEART).
• Support recruiting efforts to build a team of great talent that work within our culture of HEART.
• Maintain a strong presence on the floor, demonstrating passion for fashion and trends.
• Follow standards set by the company and Store Manager, leading by example.
• Support coaching and leading of the styling floor and team in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Assist in the daily operations of the business, including management of store inventory and upholding merchandising and visual standards.
• Drive sales results, maintaining a minimum of $140 SPC and $150 SPH, and achieving $1000 per day in sales or $25,800 per month.
• Lead the Division of Responsibility based on volume group.
