Responsibilities

• Learn the business operations and expense control by observing stylists and managers.

Requirements

• Must graduate from an accredited cosmetology school and obtain necessary licenses within 90 days of hire.
• Demonstrate good judgment and time management skills in a dynamic salon environment.
• Effective communication skills with customers, coworkers, and management.
• Tech-savvy to operate point-of-sale systems and enter data.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
