About the position

The Stylist-in-Training position is designed for recent graduates or soon-to-be graduates from Beauty School, providing them with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while receiving paid training. This role focuses on nurturing talent and building confidence in hairstyling through ongoing education and support from an established team of professionals.

Responsibilities

• Participate in over 50 hours of paid training within the first 3 months.
• Learn advanced cutting and coloring techniques at the Hairstylist Academy.
• Provide haircuts, color treatments, and waxing services to clients.
• Engage in ongoing education throughout your career at Supercuts.
• Support and collaborate with fellow stylists in a team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in or a graduate from Beauty School.
• Must have or be obtaining a valid state cosmetology license.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a busy salon environment.
