About the position

As a Banana Republic stylist, you will play a crucial role in creating aspirational and on-trend looks that enhance the customer's emotional connection to the brand. This position requires expertise in styling and fashion, with a strong understanding of designers, brands, and seasonal trends. Responsibilities

• Create aspirational and on-trend looks for customers.
• Provide expert styling advice based on knowledge of fashion trends and designer brands.
• Build meaningful connections with customers to enhance brand loyalty.
• Maintain a positive, friendly, and inclusive environment in the store.
• Adapt to flexible scheduling to meet business needs, including holidays and weekends.
• Maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office, lifting up to 30 lbs.

Requirements

• Styling experience in luxury fashion or strong knowledge of trends and designer brands.
• Effective communication skills to connect with customers and build relationships.
