The Stylist at Lane Bryant plays a crucial role in providing exceptional client experiences while embracing the company's diverse and inclusive culture. This position involves demonstrating Lane Selling behaviors, contributing to company goals, and maintaining visual brand standards. The Stylist is expected to actively engage with clients, support team efforts, and uphold the company's leadership principles.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Lane Selling behaviors to provide exceptional client experiences.
• Contribute to the achievement of company goals, including financial objectives and operational controls.
• Support and execute floor-sets while maintaining visual brand standards.
• Ensure completion of opening and closing checklist tasks daily.
• Support asset protection efforts to prevent shrink and ensure safety.
• Communicate and collaborate positively with team members.
• Create lasting connections with clients through credit rewards programs and personal styling appointments.
• Follow through on tasks to deliver outcomes and meet expectations.
• Adapt to a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Preferred specialty selling or retail experience.
• Proficiency in technology and computerized register systems.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English; knowledge of other languages is desirable.
