Responsibilities

• Support and execute floor-sets while maintaining visual brand standards.
• Ensure completion of opening and closing checklist tasks daily.
• Communicate and collaborate positively with team members and clients.
• Create connections with clients through credit rewards programs and personal styling appointments.
• Actively participate in personal growth and development initiatives.
• Handle multiple clients and projects effectively.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Preferred specialty selling or retail experience.
• Proficiency in technology and computerized register systems.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English; knowledge of other languages is desirable.
