• Serve as a brand storyteller to create experiences that drive sales and achieve store goals.

• Assist in creating an inclusive environment where customers and employees feel a sense of belonging.
• Support various areas of the store including sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back of house as required.

Requirements

• Styling experience in luxury fashion or strong knowledge of trends and designer brands.
• Effective communication skills to create meaningful connections with customers.
• Flexibility to work shifts that meet business needs, with potential for consistent scheduling.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor and lift up to 30 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Passion for hospitality, fashion, and styling.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and being a team player.
• Curiosity and a 'can do' attitude.
