Responsibilities
- Provide haircuts, color, highlights, waxing, and specialty services to guests.
- Deliver exceptional guest service by understanding needs and providing quality consultations.
- Perform administrative tasks including transactions on the computerized register and light housekeeping duties.
- Attend regular training seminars and maintain certification to stay updated on trends.
Requirements
- Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state/provincial regulations.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to perform quality consultations.
