About the position

Supercuts is looking for a stylist with a colorful personality who works fast, with precision, and attention to detail. This position allows you to thrive in a salon that truly understands all things hair and is made up of some of the most educated stylists in the industry. As a stylist on the Supercuts team, you will have the opportunity to fine-tune your core skills and master new trends, including cutting, clipping, coloring, highlighting, styling, and facial waxing. You will also experience and become certified through our proprietary Hair Stylist Academy training, and enjoy a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Cut, clip, color, highlight, style, and perform facial waxing services.
• Participate in proprietary Hair Stylist Academy training.
• Engage with customer traffic through partnerships, such as with the MLB.
• Utilize product and tool discounts to enhance skills and creativity.
• Participate in competitions to showcase work and challenge skills.

Requirements

• Passion for education and continuous learning in hairstyling.
• Ability to work fast with precision and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
