Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Lane Selling behaviors to provide exceptional client experiences.
• Contribute to the achievement of company goals, including financial objectives and client experience.
• Support and execute floor-sets while maintaining visual brand standards.
• Complete daily opening and closing checklist tasks.
• Support Asset Protection efforts to prevent shrink and ensure safety.
• Communicate and collaborate positively with team members.
• Create connections with clients through credit rewards programs and personal styling appointments.
• Follow through on tasks to deliver outcomes and meet expectations.
• Adapt to the needs of the business by working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Preferred specialty selling or retail experience.
• Proficiency in technology and computerized register systems.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English; knowledge of other languages is desirable.
• Physical ability to move throughout the store, assist customers, and handle merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
