The Subcontract Administrator plans, solicits, awards, and administers different types of contracts in accordance with established policies and procedures. This role involves interpreting specifications and statements of work, analyzing proposals where price and/or technical evaluations are involved, and making decisions involving multiple objectives. The administrator researches and interprets regulations and contract requirements, establishing objectives, performance criteria, and measures regarding contract administration. The primary duty of the employee is to perform office or non-manual work directly related to the management or general business operations of the Company, exercising discretion and independent judgment. This includes formulating, affecting, interpreting, or implementing management policies or operating practices, carrying out major assignments related to the operation of the Company's business, and having the authority to commit the Company in matters having significant financial impact.
