About the position

Lockheed Martin is seeking a full-time Early Career Subcontracts Administrator/Procurement Representative to join their Supply Chain Management Teams. This role is essential for managing supplier relationships, negotiating purchase orders, and ensuring compliance with procurement regulations. The position offers opportunities for professional growth and development within a dynamic and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Learning to solicit, negotiate, and place Purchase Orders with suppliers in Procure to Pay systems
  • Managing supplier performance and establishing relationships
  • Tracking and expediting purchased hardware
  • Troubleshooting to resolve supplier issues or concerns with management oversight
  • Understanding program material requirements, Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMAP), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) requirements
  • Working cross-functionally with program teams and suppliers
  • Support presenting program status to leadership

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain US Secret Security Clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products (Power Point, Word, Excel)
