About the position

The Subcontract Administrator role at Ignitec Inc involves supporting both pre-award and post-award subcontracting activities. This includes sourcing, negotiating, and administering subcontracts while ensuring compliance with federal regulations. The position is hybrid, requiring two days onsite and three days remote work in San Antonio, TX.

Responsibilities

  • Support the issuance of RFPs to subcontractors and perform price analysis.
  • Oversee compliance management by ensuring adherence to federal regulations, including Federal Acquisition Regulations.
  • Responsible for collecting, documenting, and assembling documentation for subcontract/task order awards and modifications.
  • Conduct document review processes to maintain accuracy and completeness of all administrative documentation.
  • Maintain organized records of contracts, agreements, and compliance documentation for easy retrieval and review.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of federal contracting experience.
  • CPSR experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
