About the position
The position involves subcontract administration for multiple domestic and international programs within the Undersea Warfare (USW) business portfolio at Lockheed Martin. The role requires managing supplier invoices, updating purchase order documentation, monitoring subcontract performance, and supporting proposal processes. This hybrid telework opportunity allows for a flexible work schedule, combining remote work with time spent at a designated office.
Responsibilities
- Process and report supplier invoices.
- Generate, manage, and update purchase order documentation according to established policies.
- Monitor subcontract performance against contract and SOW requirements.
- Generate modifications and monitor funding status.
- Support Lockheed Martin proposals by establishing Proprietary Information Agreements and generating RFP packages.
- Analyze and evaluate proposals for compliance and support supplier negotiations on price and terms.
Requirements
- Knowledge in subcontract administration with experience in various contract types (fixed price, time & material, cost-based).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Commitment to drive closure of actions across the team and complete supplier sourcing tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Attention to detail and accuracy; self-starter.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret clearance, requiring U.S. citizenship.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous experience in sourcing or supply chain roles in a government procurement environment with FAR and DFAR experience.
- Experience with Procure to Pay (P2P) or similar ERP/SAP systems.
- Experience in supporting proposals and invoice processing & reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
