About The Position
Blackmon Mooring/BMS CAT is a global leader in disaster restoration, providing comprehensive services from initial cleanup to complete rebuilds. With a strong reputation established since 1948, we handle a wide range of projects, from multi-million dollar commercial endeavors to smaller residential losses. We are currently seeking quality subcontractors to join our vendor list, particularly those with expertise in various specialties essential for our operations. The ideal subcontractors will have experience in cabinetry installation and repair, carpentry, finish-out work, flooring, painting, sheetrock/drywall, roofing, texturing, and trim work. Given that a significant portion of our work is insurance-related, it is crucial for our subcontractors to maintain specific insurance coverage to protect both themselves and our clients. We require subcontractors to carry Commercial General Liability Insurance with the following limits: $1,000,000 for each occurrence, $2,000,000 general aggregate per project, $1,000,000 for products/completed operations aggregate, and $1,000,000 for personal and advertising injury. Additionally, Business Automobile Liability is required, with a combined single limit of $1,000,000 or $1,000,000 bodily injury per person, $1,000,000 bodily injury per occurrence, and $500,000 for property damage.
