Responsibilities

  • Utilize Worley's CRM system to execute all aspects of subcontract administration.
  • Collaborate with the Subcontracts Manager to configure project-specific functionalities, templates, and workflows in the CRM system.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for system-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring clear communication around conflicting priorities.
  • Provide administrative and organizational support to the site team as directed by the Site Construction Manager.
  • Assist in scheduling and documenting meetings, developing project forms, preparing reports, and managing other essential project documents.
  • Facilitate subcontractor pre-mobilization and pre-construction meetings, ensuring proper documentation and distribution of minutes.
  • Oversee compliance with established project requirements and manage subcontractor correspondence.
  • Administer change management, invoice processing, and documentation workflows to ensure timely completion and accuracy.
  • Monitor subcontractor deliverables, lead weekly progress meetings, address open items, and compile performance evaluations.
  • Execute close-out activities for all subcontracts in collaboration with the project team.

Requirements

  • Academic qualifications in a relevant construction discipline.
  • A minimum of three to five years of experience in a field staff role within the industrial construction sector.
  • Proven track record of working within complex, multi-functional organizations.
  • Strong understanding of commercial, contractual, and financial drivers in project environments.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or a willingness to develop expertise with Worley's CRM platform through training.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
