About the position

The Senior Targeter at Peraton is responsible for performing technical intelligence collection and providing insights related to targeting and collection efforts. This role involves evaluating technical and scientific data, conducting technical analysis, and reporting findings to guide intelligence operations. The position requires a strong aptitude for identifying vulnerabilities and technical trends to enable new collection operations, making it critical for national security missions.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical intelligence collection.
• Evaluate technical and scientific data to provide unique insights related to targeting and collection efforts.
• Conduct technical analysis and exploitation of data sets.
• Report findings and aid in guiding intelligence operations.
• Identify and assess vulnerabilities and technical trends that enable new collection operations.

Requirements

• BA/BS and 12+ years of experience; additional relevant experience of 5+ years may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required.
• Experience with Intel Operations & Analysis as well as field support.
• Experience with the exploitation of various all-source databases and customer-specific tools.
• Demonstrated experience with field traffic/communications.
• Strong analytic and research skills.
• Aptitude for technical/scientific topics.
• Demonstrated experience in customer-specific briefings and reporting.

Nice-to-haves

• CI/HUMINT experience is preferable.
