About the position
The Subcontracts Compliance Administrator at HII's Mission Technologies Division is responsible for ensuring procurement compliance and adherence to Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) requirements. This role involves monitoring procurement activities, conducting internal reviews, supporting audits, and providing training on compliance requirements. The position is crucial for maintaining the integrity of procurement processes and staying updated with regulatory changes.
Responsibilities
- Monitor procurement compliance and adherence to CPSR requirements.
- Stay current with emerging regulatory changes such as FAR/DFARS.
- Maintain purchasing system policies and related procedures templates and forms.
- Conduct periodic internal reviews of procurement records.
- Support internal audits.
- Collaborate with teams to develop and deliver training programs.
- Act as a resource for staff regarding procurement compliance.
Requirements
- 6 years relevant experience with a Bachelor's in a related field; 4 years relevant experience with a Master's in a related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
- 5 years of experience in CPSR related procurement, subcontracting, or compliance functions.
- Knowledge of CPSR, FAR, and DFARS regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in procurement compliance and policy management.
- Ability to conduct training and deliver effective guidance.
