About the position

The Subcontracts Manager Administrator at Deloitte is responsible for managing and advising on Federal contract administration matters, particularly focusing on high-value sub-contractual issues that impact revenue generation and retention. This role requires expert knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations and commercial contracting principles, along with the ability to provide strategic guidance and support to account teams throughout the subcontract lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Guide and coordinate proposals and award activities for assigned subcontracts.
  • Conduct reviews of complex subcontract actions across all phases of the subcontract lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement tactical action plans to address risks and opportunities in subcontracting.
  • Provide support for the development, review, and negotiation of subcontracts, modifications, NDA, and teaming agreements.
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy of subcontracts administration for assigned portfolio.
  • Review Federal solicitations and analyze subcontract matters to inform team strategy.
  • Compile and analyze subcontract-related data and maintain historical documentation.
  • Proactively identify and analyze subcontracting issues and solve standard/routine activities.
  • Keep teams informed on subcontract standards, plans, and policies.
  • Develop and maintain subcontract files in accordance with governmental regulations and Deloitte's policies.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations and commercial contracting principles.
  • Expert proficiency in managing personal portfolio and advising account teams on contracts administration matters.
  • Ability to conduct independent judgment and analysis of significant issues.
  • Experience in strategic subcontract negotiations and project completion.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
