About The Position
The position involves setting up the production area, operating all equipment in the department, and documenting equipment inspections. The employee will report unsafe conditions or damage to products, equipment, or the facility. Responsibilities also include labeling and ensuring accurate inventory of fresh ingredients and final products, selecting sub kits for designated stores, and maintaining clean equipment and work areas in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). The role requires performing quality inspections of finished products and accurately completing and maintaining all paperwork required by the position, including accounting, quality, and production documentation, along with other duties as assigned.
