About the position

The Subscriber Service Manager at Inabia Software & Consulting Inc. is responsible for overseeing the Subscriber Services team, establishing engineering and operational standards, and managing relationships with various organizational units to ensure effective support for operations. This role involves strategic planning, project management, and leadership in the deployment and maintenance of network architecture related to subscriber services, particularly in 4G and 5G environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain engineering and operational standards for subscriber services.
• Manage the Subscriber Services team and oversee their performance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Billing, Roaming, Carrier Voice, and other organizations.
• Provide leadership for project demands and technology upgrades, including vendor recommendations.
• Assist in developing a strategic roadmap for Subscriber Services network architecture.
• Support container-based technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Manage vendor performance related to hardware and software issues.
• Minimize capital and expense costs associated with Subscriber Services network elements.
• Hire, coach, and mentor staff for individual growth and development.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in HLR/HSS/IMS/STP/DSR/LSMS/PCRF environments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of 4G and 5G architecture, VoLTE call flows, and signaling.
• Proven track record in driving change in network operations processes and tools.
• In-depth technical knowledge of SS7, SIP SIGTRAN protocols, and 3GPP standards.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management skills and ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
