About the position

As a Senior Implementation Manager at Subscript, you will be the first point of contact for new customers after they sign on. Your role will involve guiding them through complex, data-intensive implementations, ensuring their data is correctly set up in our metrics-first finance platform. You will work closely with clients to clean and validate their data, integrating it from various sources such as CRMs, general ledgers, and billing tools. This position offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to shape processes as the company grows, while also supporting team members with your expertise.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for new customers during the implementation process.
• Assist customers in connecting their source data to Subscript.
• Help clean and validate customer data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct analysis to provide customers with valuable insights from their data.
• Collaborate with clients' CRMs, general ledgers, and billing tools to ensure data integrity.
• Support team members by sharing insights and experiences during challenging implementations.

Requirements

• Mastery of SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong spreadsheet skills for data management and analysis.
• Experience in requesting and reading JSON data from APIs.
• Ability to clean and validate data effectively.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS business models.
• Willingness to work during US-Pacific time hours.

Nice-to-haves

• Comfort with Python programming language.
• Experience with general ledgers used in SaaS finance (e.g., Quickbooks, Xero, Netsuite).
• Exposure to CRM tools such as Hubspot and Salesforce.
