About the position

The Substance Abuse Prevention/Corporate Trainer position involves providing training to corporate employees and supervisors on drug-free workplace policies and practices. This part-time, contract role requires flexibility in scheduling, with a focus on adapting to various work environments and audiences. The trainer will utilize provided curriculum and stay updated on current trends in substance abuse prevention.

Responsibilities

• Educating employees and supervisors on substance abuse prevention.
• Using provided curriculum in an engaging manner.
• Staying up to date on current trends in the field.
• Traveling to client worksites in the Cincinnati/Dayton area.

Requirements

• Valid Substance Abuse Counseling Certification license (e.g., SAP, CEAP, LCDC, OCPS).
• Past experience presenting education for adult learners preferred.
• Working knowledge of Ohio's Drug Free Safety Program is a plus.
• Experience presenting via webinar is a plus.
• Must have a valid Ohio driver license with a clean driving record.
• Exceptional customer service skills with quick response time.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
