Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years in civil/structural engineering with expertise in transmission substation and line design.
• Advanced knowledge of engineering principles, standards, and practices specific to substation and transmission infrastructure.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Ability to mentor and lead project teams effectively.
• Strong communication skills to drive results and support team development.
