About the position

The Substation Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing electrical systems, specifically focusing on protective relays within substations. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure the reliability and safety of electrical infrastructure, while also providing technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement protective relay systems for substations.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
• Prepare and review technical documentation and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in substation design and protective relays.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and protective relay technology.
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools.

Nice-to-haves

• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Experience with renewable energy systems.
