About The Position
The Substation Operator at PSEG is responsible for operating and maintaining substation equipment, performing inspections, and executing switching operations. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn and apply knowledge of electrical principles and substation apparatus. The operator will ensure that all equipment and facilities are kept in good condition while adhering to safety protocols and operational procedures.
