About The Position
The Substation Physical Team Leader is responsible for leading a team to provide project scoping, conceptual design, and estimating services in support of the Georgia Power transmission capital program. This role involves managing direct reports and contract resources, ensuring safety, and delivering accurate cost estimates for transmission capital projects. The position requires field visits and may involve occasional overnight travel, with a hybrid work schedule based in Metro-Atlanta.
