The Substitute Teacher Assistant for the True Blue Neighbors Youth Scholars Program is responsible for supporting certified teachers in delivering quality academic and enrichment activities. This part-time role focuses on assisting in the educational development of youth participants, ensuring a positive and engaging learning environment.

Requirements

• Experience working with children.
• Computer literacy skills.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Effective communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous K-12 program experience.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish.
