About the position

The Substitute Teacher position involves stepping in for regular teachers during their absence, ensuring that the educational program continues smoothly. This role provides an opportunity to develop teaching skills, create a positive learning environment, and contribute to the school's educational team. Responsibilities

• Administer day to day lesson plan and provide quality instruction of classroom
• Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment
• Report any student injuries, illness, and serious discipline problems to school administration
• Perform additional duties as directed by school administration

Requirements

• Non-Certified - Minimum of 30 College Credits and NJ Substitute Certification
• Certified - Valid NJ CE, CEAS, or Standard Teacher Certification
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
