As a substitute teacher, you will play a crucial role in the educational process by stepping in for regular teachers during their absence. Additionally, you will report any student injuries, illnesses, or serious discipline problems to the school administration, ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly and appropriately. You may also be required to perform additional duties as directed by school administration, which can vary from day to day depending on the needs of the school. Requirements

  • Non-Certified - Minimum of 30 College Credits and NJ Substitute Certification
  • Certified - Valid NJ CE, CEAS, or Standard Teacher Certification
  • Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
