About the position
The position involves providing instruction to large and small groups in all subjects during the absence of regular and special education teachers. The substitute teacher is expected to follow lesson plans provided by the absent teacher or be prepared to develop classroom lesson plans if none are available. Maintaining standard pupil behavior and providing suitable class control to ensure an orderly learning environment is essential.
