• Build positive relationships with students and staff.
• Assign reasonable tasks and homework.
• Create a classroom environment that motivates students to learn and encourages participation.
• Adapt teaching techniques to accommodate different learning styles.
• For long-term assignments, develop lesson plans and coordinate grading of tests and assignments.

Requirements
