Responsibilities
- Assume duties of the classroom teacher in accordance with school district lesson plans, school rules, and Kelly policies.
- Lead instruction in the classroom by conducting the teacher's existing lesson plans.
- Instruct students on classroom topics/courses.
- Build positive relationships with students.
- Assign reasonable tasks and homework.
- Empower students to learn and encourage classroom participation.
- Create a classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate to the ability and interests of students.
- Adapt to the various learning styles of students.
- For long-term assignments, develop lesson plans, as well as build, administer, and grade tests and assignments.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
