About the position

Sub Teacher Source is seeking dedicated Substitute Teachers to join our team. As a Substitute Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in diverse school environments, supporting students' educational needs. This role is crucial in ensuring that students receive consistent education when their regular teachers are unavailable. You will be responsible for delivering lesson plans provided by the absent teacher, ensuring continuity in students' education. Additionally, you will need to adapt to different classroom environments and grade levels, maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere. Managing classroom behavior and maintaining a safe, respectful learning environment is essential. Effective communication with students, staff, and parents is also a key part of this role, along with following school district policies and procedures. This position offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing you to choose your own hours and work in various schools and school districts, contributing to the future of education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lesson plans provided by the absent teacher, ensuring continuity in students' education.

Requirements

• Previous experience in teaching or substitute teaching is highly desirable.
