About the position

The Paideia Academies Inc. is seeking Independent Contractor Substitute Teachers for grades K-11. This role involves normal teaching responsibilities in a classroom setting, focusing on whole-child education that nurtures the heart, mind, body, and spirit of students. The ideal candidates will be proficient in fostering a positive classroom culture that emphasizes scholarship, personal accountability, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Teach and manage classrooms for grades K-11.
• Create a positive and engaging classroom environment.
• Implement lesson plans and educational activities as directed.
• Support the whole-child education philosophy of Paideia Academies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Education.
• Classroom experience.
• Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Benefits

• $200 per day compensation.
• $75 incentive bonuses for every 5 consecutive assignments.
