About the position

The Granby Public Schools are looking for dedicated substitute teachers to support all grade levels from Pre-Kindergarten to 12th grade. This role is essential in maintaining a consistent and effective learning environment for students in the absence of regular teachers.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction and support to students in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Implement lesson plans as directed by the regular teacher.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback as necessary.

Requirements

• Must have completed at least a 2-year post-secondary degree or its equivalent.
• Ability to manage a classroom and engage students effectively.
