Teachers On Call is seeking dedicated K-12 Substitute Teachers in Twin Lakes, Wisconsin, for the 2024-2025 school year. For long-term assignments, you may also be required to develop lesson plans, administer tests, and grade assignments. Responsibilities

• Assume duties of the classroom teacher in accordance with school district lesson plans, school rules, and Kelly policies.
• Lead instruction in the classroom by conducting the teacher's existing lesson plans.
• Teach students on a variety of classroom topics/courses.
• Build positive relationships with students.
• Assign reasonable tasks and homework to students.
• Empower students to learn and encourage classroom participation.
• Create a classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of students.
• Adapt to the various learning styles of students.
• For long-term assignments, develop lesson plans, create, administer, and grade tests and assignments.

Requirements

• Associate degree AND WI Teaching License or Substitute License or Permit OR willingness to obtain permit with TOC's guidance.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in the English language fluently and effectively.
• No experience necessary; training is provided.
• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
