We seek a versatile communications professional to join our user success communications team within our broader marketing organization. In this role, you will work across teams and functions with the Senior Director and Manager of Success Communications to develop comprehensive user communications plans and manage messaging to our existing users about product and offering updates and changes. This role is pivotal in shaping how we communicate effectively to our users, ensuring they are always in the know and engaged with our products and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic communication and a proven track record in crafting compelling messages in the technology industry. Your Day-to-Day: Here is how you can contribute to our team and our organization: Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans to inform existing users about product updates, enhancements, and changes and plan and coordinate promotions for user events and programs. Manage crisis communications and provide timely updates to users to maintain trust and transparency. Craft clear and persuasive messages across various channels, including emails, newsletters, website updates, and social media. Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and teams to communicate accurate and timely information. Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies to continuously improve user engagement and satisfaction. Work closely with the marketing team to align product communication with overall brand messaging and goals. Partner with in-house resources to develop user-centric collateral presentations and communications materials as needed.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least five to seven years of experience in a related field.
  • Highly organized with a proven ability to drive projects to completion.
  • Experience developing and executing strategic communications plans.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with digital communication strategies and tools.
