About the position

The SuccessFactors Employee Central role involves implementing, configuring, and maintaining the SuccessFactors Employee Central module. The position requires thorough testing, support for clients, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure effective application functionality and continuous improvement of support processes.

Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, build and maintain SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Perform thorough testing to ensure accuracy of the SuccessFactors module implemented.
  • Support the client and onshore counterparts on the functioning of the application.
  • Complete presented solutions with newly identified needs in the taking of requirements.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ensure proper implementation of the solution in different environments (Development, Test, and Production).
  • Solve easy and medium complexity problems related to the application environment, using functional knowledge of the parameters in the system and knowledge of legislation in the country.
  • Perform unit testing of these parametrization results, carrying out necessary tests in a testing environment.
  • Exposure/experience in Show tell workshops and SAP best practices.
  • Ensure testing evidence is documented and captured.
  • Validate new SAP SuccessFactors releases/enhancements and present new features to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with peers and business stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and the quality of user experience.
  • Configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central based on business requirements and best practices.
  • Implement and configure MDF Objects, Workflows, Business Rules in SAP SuccessFactors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central (Minimum one SF module certification and implementation experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central development, configuration, implementation, and support.
  • Accreditation or Certification in SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Experience with full software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, agile development practices, and project management tools.
