About the position

The Summer 2025 Associate Managed Services Engineer Internship at T-Mobile USA, Inc. offers a 12-week paid learning experience designed for recent graduates or current students. Interns will gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment, working alongside MSE engineers to troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues related to T-Mobile's business offerings. This role emphasizes skill development, networking, and contributing to meaningful projects that enhance team operations.

Responsibilities

• Complete customer interaction and T-Mobile service training
• Partner with MSE engineers to troubleshoot and resolve customer tickets associated with the Connected Workplace, SASE, DialPad, and fixed wireless services
• Resolve basic configuration requests for Cradlepoint, Inseego, and Meraki gateways and equipment
• Work on basic DialPad trouble tickets
• Manage a process improvement project assigned by the team manager.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must have graduated within the last 12 months, or be actively enrolled in a Bachelor's or Graduate degree program
• Any IP Networking certifications is desired
• Wireless / Fixed wireless experience desired
• Internet equipment knowledge (gateways, routers, switches, firewalls, etc)
