About the position

The Cloud Center of Excellence (CCOE) intern position at PPL Corporation offers an opportunity to engage in the design and engineering of Azure infrastructure and systems. Interns will work closely with cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to various technologies that support business processes within the Azure platform. This role is designed to provide valuable insights into potential career paths while contributing to departmental goals and participating in community service projects.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional and agile development CCOE team members to design Infrastructure and policies to run in the cloud.
• Collaborate with business users, translatory and integrators to discuss innovative project ideas.
• Learn commonly used software applications.
• Conduct CyberSecurity analysis and secure code development.
• Assist in analyzing and researching new and existing products, procedures, and/or workflow needs associated with business systems.
• Work with the development team to build working prototypes and demonstrate to business stakeholders.
• Assist with monitoring automation and application integrations in Azure.
• Perform all other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Information Systems, Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum GPA: 3.00.
