About the position

The internship position at Bristol-Myers Squibb focuses on supporting the Global Regulatory Sciences - Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (CMC) team for Small Molecules. The intern will assist with various projects aimed at achieving departmental goals, particularly in the context of global clinical trial applications and product registrations. This role is not laboratory-based and will involve collaboration with senior staff and participation in regulatory meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Global Regulatory Sciences - Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls Small Molecule team with projects.
  • Deliver regulatory documents and assignments in support of CMC submissions.
  • Attend and participate in various regulatory and matrix team meetings as needed.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple complex tasks to support regulatory submission preparation.

Requirements

  • College senior or Graduate/Professional student in a Life Sciences Program such as Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently on routine assignments with daily check-ins.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
