About the position

The internship position at Bristol-Myers Squibb focuses on supporting the Global Regulatory Sciences - Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (CMC) Small Molecules team. The intern will assist with projects aimed at achieving departmental goals, contributing to global clinical trial applications, product registration, and maintenance of product licenses. This role is not laboratory-based and requires collaboration with various teams to deliver regulatory documents and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Global Regulatory Sciences - Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls Small Molecule team with projects.
  • Work with Engagement Manager and team to deliver regulatory documents and assignments for CMC submissions.
  • Attend and participate in various regulatory and matrix team meetings as needed.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple complex tasks to support regulatory submission preparation.

Requirements

  • College senior or Graduate/Professional student in a Life Sciences Program such as Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently on routine assignments with daily check-ins.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
