ALSAC's Internship Program offers an immersive experience where interns dive into our culture, contribute to organizational goals through meaningful projects, and build relationships with team members and senior leadership. Over the course of 10 weeks, interns are paired with a day-to-day manager and given significant assignments, gaining a true understanding of what it means to be part of ALSAC/St. Jude. Responsibilities

• Participate in the Summer Intern Innovation Project through cross-functional collaboration.
• Work with the Business Continuity & Resiliency team to update Business Impact Analysis and Continuity Plans.
• Assist with Champion exercises and iterate on a team metric dashboard in Tableau.
• Make updates in BC software (Riskonnect) and calculate team metrics.
• Update the team knowledge base and assist with annual team goals.

Requirements

• A passion for our mission!
• Must be undergraduate, graduate, or graduation as of Spring 2025.
• Comfortable with Zoom and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Nice-to-haves

• Majors preferred: Business, Marketing, Emergency Management, Political Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Science.
• Experience working with Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken), presentation skills, interpersonal savvy and executive presence.
