About the position

The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas is offering a paid summer internship for students majoring in Computer Information Systems or Management Information Systems. This internship provides an opportunity to work with the National IT's Endpoint-as-a-Service (EaaS) team, focusing on enhancing IT hardware and software requests through a user-friendly portal. Interns will gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, agile environment, contributing to process improvements and collaborating with IT and business managers.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to day-to-day tasks as part of an Agile Scrum team supporting the Endpoint-as-a-Service central portal.
• Gather requirements from IT and business managers to enhance ServiceNow catalog items.
• Provide insights into logical and functional requirements for actionable development items.
• Coordinate system-wide communications to harmonize workflows between Reserve Banks.
• Engage in unit testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) across multiple platforms.
• Create reports and dashboards to display meaningful metrics for district partners and National IT leadership.

Requirements

• Graduation in 2025 or 2026 with a major in Computer Information Systems (CIS) or Management Information Systems (MIS).
• A working knowledge of information technology.
• Demonstrated business acumen and interest in continuous process improvement.
• Ability to prioritize work and work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and time management abilities.
• Comfortable with remote meetings and video conferencing.
• Confidence to share ideas, suggestions, and concerns.
