About the position

The Talent Acquisition & Talent Management Intern will engage in a 10-week paid internship program at FlightSafety International, gaining valuable insights into the company's culture and business philosophy. The intern will work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to various projects and learning about the aviation training industry.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
  • Rotate through divisions of responsibility and provide ideas to grow and improve the business.
  • Accept designated, business-focused projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present final project during the internship.
  • Engage with customers or clients and provide service and/or sales.
  • Provide suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processes.
  • Learn and become proficient on internal software systems.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, working towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher at the time of application.
  • Fundamental knowledge of computer programs, techniques, and concepts for the area of application.

  • Excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
