About the position

The Talent Acquisition & Talent Management Intern at FlightSafety International will engage in a 10-week paid internship program, gaining valuable insights into the company's culture and business philosophy. The intern will work 40 hours per week, rotating through various divisions and contributing to projects that aim to enhance business operations and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
  • Rotate through divisions of responsibility and provide ideas to grow and improve the business.
  • Accept designated, business-focused projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present final project during the internship.
  • Engage with customers or clients and provide service and/or sales.
  • Provide suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processes.
  • Learn and become proficient on internal software systems.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, working towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher at the time of application.
  • Fundamental knowledge of computer programs, techniques, and concepts for the area of application.
